VALFLEURI's quality commitment

An evolving quality organisation which is validated by ISO 9001 certification.

Since 2003, VALFLEURI has been certified ISO 9001 version 2000.
In 1994, VALFLEURI was the first French pasta manufacturer to be ISO 9002 certified.
Since its creation, the quality system has constantly adapted to the new requirements of VALFLEURI and its customers.


A "Critères Qualité Certifiés" (Certified quality criteria) label for Alsatian Pasta.

In 1996, with other Alsatian manufacturers, VALFLEURI drafted a set of "Pâtes d'Alsace" specifications, rewarded by a "Critères Qualité Certifiés" label. The quality of ingredients and respect of traditional know-how in production are thereby guaranteed.


An "Agriculture biologique" (organic agriculture) label for BIO (organic) pasta.

Since 1999, the ingredients used in our BIO pasta with 7 fresh eggs per kilo is guaranteed "issus de l'agriculture biologique" (using organically produced ingredients).
